RBB Economics Workshop

RBB Economics is among the leading consultancies specialising in competition economics, with offices in London, Brussels, Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid, Milan, Düsseldorf, Stockholm, Melbourne, Johannesburg, and others.

We provide expert economic advice in the context of competition law procedures before competition authorities and courts, including matters relating to merger control, cartel investigations and abuse of dominance cases.  We usually work as part of an integrated team alongside external legal counsel.  Our role includes identifying potential competition concerns and developing robust, clear and effective economic advice to address these, providing commentary on and input to written submissions, preparing stand-alone economic reports and analyses, as well as assisting and participating in meetings with competition authorities.

In this workshop for NEO 2024, RBB will present a case study which emulates a merger case, giving students a feel for the real cases that we deal with on a day-to-day basis.
